This East Indian Sauce Is A Tasty Condiment For Grilled Burgers, Fish, Beef, Chicken, Or Pork.

Ingredients:

• 2  cups  finely chopped red onion
• 1/2  cup  red wine vinegar
• 1/3  cup  packed brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon  mustard seeds
• 1  tablespoon  minced peeled fresh ginger
• 1/2  teaspoon  crushed red pepper
• 1/4  teaspoon  salt
• 1/8  teaspoon  ground cloves
